In a renewable energy farm (e.g. wind farms), all the generating sources are interconnected with a medium voltage underground power collection system and communications network. This medium-voltage electrical current is then increased in voltage using a substation transformer, for the connection to the high voltage electric power transmission system. The interconnection cables are laid in trenches and Tesmec machines have all the characteristics to dig the soil and lay the cable in the fastest way.
