Tesmec is proud to participate from October 5th to 7th in CARPI 2010, Montreal, Canada. Eng. Alberto Oscar, Chief Engineer of Tesmec S.p.A. Stringing Division, will present his paper "New Technology for Multiple Conductor Stringing Machinery"
The 2010 1st International Conference on Applied Robotics for the Power Industry (CARPI 2010) is a three-day event that will bring together stakeholders interested in robotics applications in the power industry. The program will include presentations of robotics solutions for construction, refurbishment, inspection and maintenance of power systems. R&D decision makers and robotics developers will have the chance tomeet in a forumthat allows them to share high-value solutions. The conference,
expected to draw approximately 250 people from major organizations around the world, is intended for innovation-driven decision makers, system operators, end users, R&D development teams from electric utilities, research centres, manufacturers, universities and service providers.
Alberto Oscar was born in Lovere, Italy, on October 16, 1963. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineer graduated from the
Politecnico University (Milan, Italy) in 1988. Mr. Oscar is currently active member of CEI/IEC TC11 and TC78 (WG12). Mr. Oscar is the Technical Director and Senior Chief Engineer at Tesmec SpA, Italy, where it leads a large team of design engineers specific to the design and manufacture of transmission and distribution overhead and underground cable stringing machine and equipment.
