1990s Enlargement in the products offering and start of a new internationalization phase through commercial partnership. 1991 “CRF – Officina Meccanica di Precisione” changed its name into “Tesmec S.r.l.” from the crasis of “TESatura MECcanica” 2000 Tesmec reinforces further on its production capacity with the inauguration of two new manufacturing plants in Grassobbio (Bergamo, Italy), active in the field of the production of stringing equipment and trenchers, and in Alvarado (Texas, USA), active in the field of the production of trenchers, in order to sustain the growth phase of the last years. Merger with Cantamessa S.p.A., company operating in stringing equipment field, located in Endine Gaiano (Bg, Italy) and acquisition of 51% of Gallotti S.p.A., active in the manufacturing of multipurpose machines.

2006 New expansion cycle in China, Russia, USA and Middle East. 2007 Entry of 3T Finanziaria S.p.A., which acquires a 40% stake in Tesmec S.p.A.. Acquisition of the business units of M.T.S. S.p.A, specialized in precision mechanical works in the manufacturing plant in Sirone (Lecco). 2009 Tesmec Group reinforces further on its presence in USA market, in the stringing equipment and trenchers field. Constitution of Condux Tesmec Inc., in joint venture at 50%, located in Mankato (Minnesota) for the marketing of stringing system and solutions. Start up of two commercial offices in Canada and Mexico. New business unit of services related to stringing activities and trenchers through Tesmec Service S.p.A..

2010

Tesmec enters in the Italian Stock Exchange Market (Borsa Italiana’s STAR segment).

2011
Joint venture in Qatar and establishment of Tesmec Peninsula LLC. Tesmec SA Pty saw first light in August in South Africa. Cooperation agreement with the Russian company OAO FSK EES.
Additional investment in Russia and establishment of OOO “Tesmec RUS”. ilight becomes the new Division of Tesmec Service as System Designer & System Integrators in the Power Grids (T&D).

2012
Tesmec Group develops its strategy of expansion of services to improve efficiency and management of existing networks by signing an investment agreement in Bertel S.p.A.
