operating in the rental of trencher and in design and execution of works relating to the Smart Grid, with registrated and operative office in Grassobbio (Bergamo, Italy), and operative office in Monopoli (Bari, Italy).
Tesmec Balkani EAD
(100% participated)

operating in marketing of Gallmac machines and trenchers, located in Plovdiv (Bulgaria).
OOO Tesmec RUS
(100% participated)

active in the promotion and marketing of machines, equipment and integrated solutions for stringing power lines, as well as in the marketing of excavators and trenchers, located in Moscow (Russia).
Tesmec SA Pty (LTD)
(100% participated)

Tesmec SA is the South African local entity owned by Tesmec S.P.A..
The company has seen first light in August 2011 and it is now fully operating in Johannesburg, Gauteng province.
