Tesmec developed interchange projects in collaboration with the University of Bergamo. Tesmec periodically offers internships for pre and post-graduated. The internship lasts from minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 12 months.
A Tutor supports the resource in the implementation of target projects, following its professional growth in the company during the internship. Tutor and Human Resources team give constant feedback to the resource,through formal and informal reports.
