Professional areas

HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT
The team’s goal is to attract and recruit the best talents, planning careers paths and ad hoc training, in order to face market evolution and contribute to the Group strategies.

IT DEPARTMENT
This area studies IT solutions and identifies the best technologies available to make more effective and efficient the work of the entire structure.

ADMINISTRATION, FINANCE AND CONTROL AREA
This area provides a solid support to the business dealing with, for example, the budgeting, statutory and fiscal aspects and relationships with financial institutions such as banks.


SALES DEPARTMENT
The department formulates the technical-economic offer to the customer; it is also responsible for negotiation and orders management. The commercial activities of the Group is not the same for the two product lines (stringing equipment and trenchers): there are different sales channels because of different types of customers.

MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
Marketing Department offers a various and exciting work, from numerical and quantitative analysis to creative activities.You will interact, during the day, both with colleagues of other Department and with external actors, such as advertising agencies and market research institutes.
Business Development team concentrates its energies in collecting all market opportunities to understand and succesfully meet the new market needs.
 


PRODUCT TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
The Technical Department is responsible for the design activities, technical configuration of machines and components according to customer needs.
The activity of Research and Development is coordinated and directed by the Technical Department Direction of the two product lines and it is carried out by teams specializing in stringing equipment and trenchers, in Italy and the United States.

AFTER SALES SERVICE DEPARTMENT
After Sales Service is different for the two product lines, relating to the different complexity of products.
In the field of stringing equipment, these services are performed directly by the Group and essentially consist in assistance in the machine start up and on-site assistance after the warranty expires.
In the field of trenchers, on-site assistance is get throught agreements with dealers or througt collaborations with local companies operating in maintenance. Remaining geographic areas are
managed directly by technical staff of the Group.


PURCHASING DEPARTMENT
The Purchasing function identify the best suppliers, operates worldwide through a constant monitoring of markets to find the most innovative and competitive solutions, manages the relationships with the selected suppliers.

PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
Production planning is mainly based on programming for storage.
The production process consists in the phases of carpentry, machining, assembly and painting and testing.
