Tesmec and Epsilon Composite Cable share the same commitment to quality and innovation

Last July, Tesmec put to the test its clamps' grip with Epsilon Composite Cable conductors.
Epsilon is a technological leader in composite HTLS conductors its field, and they share with Tesmec the same values, here including the strong commitment to quality and innovation.

Tesmec self-gripping clamps were tested on the traction bench in different operating conditions, on Epsilon conductors with carbon fiber core:
- HVCRC® 370-47 (Amsterdam/Dove) UTS = 12.8 tons
- HCVCR® 530-71 (Dublin/Drake) UTS = 19.1 tons

Technicians of both companies examined together the performance of our products, that achieved excellent results. The activity was organized at Tesmec headquarters, in Grassobbio (IT), and the tests were conducted through 6 different sessions: the common goal of each test was to test various clamp configurations at the highest loads on several sizes of HVCRC conductors, successfully passing the tests without any slippage.
