Whistleblowing
Whistleblowing Portal
Tesmec encourages employees, contractors, shareholders, suppliers, customers and, more broadly, all stakeholders to report in good faith any behaviour, action or omission—whether occurring within the company or in relation to it—that violates or may lead to violating applicable laws, corporate values, internal policies and procedures, or that could cause financial or reputational harm to Tesmec.
Tesmec ensures confidentiality, impartiality and anonymity in the handling of reports and does not tolerate threats, retaliation or discrimination against anyone involved in the reporting process.
What can be reported?
- Violations of national or EU legislation that harm the public interest or the integrity of the organisation;
- Unlawful conduct relevant under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, or breaches of the company’s organisational models;
- Violations of the standards set by voluntary certifications adopted by the Group, where such violations compromise the organisation’s compliance, authenticity, integrity or reputation.
