Track geometry and wear system


The acquisition system integrates an inertial unit (n°6 degrees of freedom) and two optical boxes with laser triangulation technology. Thanks to an integrated odometry system, each measurement of the track geometry is acquired at a spatial frequency of 200 mm. Geolocation data is guaranteed by a high precision GNSS module, integrated into the inertial unit hardware.
